The time has come to behave before we misbehave. We all do a little bit of indulging during our thanksgiving break tackling the abundance of goodness as we give thanks with family and friends. Yes this is a personal choice to indulge or eat leftovers... so to make sure we don't spill over we will be better about our habits as we approach Thanksgiving. Keep in mind that as we choose to eat all the goodness so that nothing goes to waste; the fact is that is does all go to waist.... you see what I did there ; )!
All active members will be following the gender specific template for numbers that are more appropriate as we will be conducting weekly check ins every Monday before class. Let me know your thoughts on doing a challenge repeat the weeks leading up to Christmas holidays as well. Let's gobble these healthy habits for a balanced lifestyle.. don't be a turkey!
